Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Support the execution of the tax automation and process optimization roadmap.Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements.Partner with tax subject matter experts to prioritize automation initiatives and manage a backlog of improvement opportunities.Conduct gap analyses between current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for enhanced controls, reporting, and system functionality.Lead process mapping and value stream mapping exercises to identify inefficiencies and standardization opportunities.Design and document current and future state business processes, workflows, and operating models.Promote self-service reporting and automation capabilities across the Tax organization.Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and recom...
