Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Tax Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on tax-related matters, ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations, and support the company in strategic tax planning and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation, corporate law, and regulatory compliance, with a keen understanding of BIR rules and rulings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on tax matters affecting the company, including income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and local business taxes
• Interpret and ensure compliance with the National Internal Revenue Code, BIR regulations, and other applicable tax laws
• Represent the company before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Court of Tax Appeals, and other regulatory agencies when needed
