• Manage end-to-end statutory tax obligations and filings across a diverse LATAM portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a regional team of 3+ reports, providing structure to high-performing seniors.
• Your team will be based across Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.
• Oversee high-stakes VAT recovery and reimbursement for transaction-based taxes.
• Supervise BPO partners to ensure technical consistency, quality, and audit readiness.
