Overview of Position

Our public, $2B, client in Coppell is looking for their next Tax Manager. The Tax Manager is responsible for managing income tax, sales/use tax and miscellaneous filings, audits, account analysis and research. 



Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and review quarterly and year-end global tax provision and prepare financial statement footnotes and disclosures for the Company and affiliated entities

Prepare all tax PBCs for financial statement audits

Oversee preparation, review, filing and payment of all federal, state, sales/use, other required tax returns and all state and local licensing and registrations

Prepare U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, CbCR and Pillar 2, and U.S. international tax filings including Forms 5471, 8858, and 1118

Prepare tax projections collaborating with FP&A
