**Job description**

**Role purpose**

+ Establish governance and controls over corporate tax reporting and compliance.
+ Define and maintain SLAs with areas providing data or documentation for tax filings and reporting.
+ Lead initiatives to improve and automate the compliance process.

**Main activities**

+ Responsible to:
+ Prepare and submit tax compliance and optimization activities for the Bank, such as VAT, Informative returns and other tax compliance matters.
+ VAT optimization processes and controls for the Bank.
+ Tax compliance reviews: taxes withheld to customers, tax controls and current/deferred tax figures.
+ Provide tax advisory on daily tax compliance matters of the Functions.
