Oversee corporate and indirect tax compliance across the group, ensuring timely and accurate filing of income tax returns, SST, GST/VAT, customs duties, and withholding taxes, including review and approval of reconciliations, payments, and submissions prepared by internal teams.
Manage transfer pricing compliance by reviewing documentation in line with Malaysian and international regulations, ensuring adherence to arm’s length principles and reporting requirements (e.g., CbCR, Master File, Local File), and collaborating with business and finance teams on proper cost and revenue allocation.
