In coordination with the Tax Team, this role is responsible for providing both interim and long-term solutions to tax-related issues encountered in daily operations involving internal and external stakeholders. The role identifies pain points, recommends process improvements to the Operations Finance Manager, and supports the organization in advancing its tax compliance objectives, including standardization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least five years of relevant experience
• Background in retail or other fast-paced, high-volume transaction environments preferred
• Proven experience in leading teams
• Strong process orientation, with a track record in standardization and automation
