We are seeking a Tax associate to join our Charlotte, New York, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in transactional tax matters. Preferred candidates will have experience with renewable energy projects and credits, including tax equity and credit transfers, or other energy tax matters. An LL.M. in Taxation is strongly preferred.
