Tax Pooling Solutions (TPS) is a specialist business within PwC New Zealand that helps businesses manage their tax obligations with greater flexibility and confidence. The TPS team combines technical expertise with exceptional client service to deliver practical solutions that make a real impact. As a Junior Business Analyst you will support the ongoing improvement of our digital platforms and business processes, working alongside experienced technology and business professionals to deliver reliable, user‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms and business processes.
• Investigate system issues, manage support requests, and help coordinate solutions to keep our systems running smoothly.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
