OVERVIEW:

The Tax Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tax preparation, filing, and reporting in accordance with Philippine tax laws and regulations issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other governing agencies. This role handles the computation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, reviews tax-related transactions, and ensures proper documentation to support audits and assessments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in tax compliance, general accounting, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws, particularly BIR rules and regulations.
• Proficient in preparing and filing tax reports (e.g., 1601-EQ, 1604-CF, 2550M/Q, 2316, etc.).
