OVERVIEW:
The Tax Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance, planning, reporting, and audit support while ensuring adherence to Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements. The role manages all tax-related activities for real estate development and property management operations, including compliance with Board of Investments (BOI) registration conditions and incentives. The Tax Supervisor works closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations to minimize tax risks, maximize available incentives, and maintain regulatory compliance.
