Pay Rate: Starts at $18.00/Hr | M–F, 8–5

**Duties/Responsibilities**
• Process incoming AZ Forms 285 & 290: review completeness and accuracy
• Prepare/process POA & Penalty Abatement forms for tax system entry
• Research and resolve POA, prescreening issues/questions
• Organize and securely store paper, email, fax documentation
• Serve as point-of-contact for taxpayer inquiries; provide tier 1 customer support
• Escalate complex inquiries to senior staff
• Process in-office mail as assigned
• Other duties as needed
