EDA TCAD is undergoing an exciting evolution, incorporating AI agents to improve work efficiency. The EDA team at onsemi is improving work efficiency using AI technologies as one of its primary goals.

Candidate will have the opportunity to:

+ Succeed in a fast-paced environment, measured by execution and quality metrics to deliver high quality EDA tools.
+ Improve EDA TCAD applications to support the device design, product and applications engineering communities.
+ Work with EDA vendors to influence product capability and roadmaps, including agentic AI to improve design efficiency.
