This role manages the restaurant's tea program, provides expert tea recommendations and pairings, conducts tea presentations, and enhances guest satisfaction through personalized tea experiences. The Tea Sommelier works closely with the restaurant management and service team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality while promoting Chinese tea culture and traditions.
