We want to hear from candidates who have:
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs and/or challenging behaviour. Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support strategies. A calm, patient and adaptable approach to teaching and learning. Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils. Team Teach training (or other behaviour intervention training) is desirable but not essential.
