**School Aide – $18/hr**

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, school hours **Locations:** Multiple school districts across California

**About the Role**

We are hiring dedicated School Aides to support teachers and students in classroom environments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact in education.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
+ Support students with academic or behavioral needs
+ Help maintain a safe, positive learning environment
+ Provide small-group or 1:1 support as needed
+ Assist with supervision, transitions, and classroom organization

**Qualifications**

+ Experience working with children preferred
+ Reliable, patient, and compassionate
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Ability to follow teacher and staff direction
+ Interest in education, childcare, or special education
