What we are looking for:

* A consistent track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment in a post-16 setting (FE, sixth form college or school sixth form).Experience of delivering high quality CPD to teaching staff.

* Experience of using evidence-based teaching strategies to improve the quality of teaching.

* Experience of successfully managing a team to improve outcomes.

* Teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).

* Lead on curriculum innovation and development, ensuring the implementation of high-quality teaching and learning strategies.
