We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to work mornings at a small village primary school in the Driffield area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work either on a 1:1 basis or as a general classroom assistant supporting the class teacher
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Support students' academic and personal development through individualised instruction and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

• Teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience working in a school
