Location: Newham, East London

Pay: £95 - £110 per day PAYE

Employment: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Term Time Only

Start dates: Immediate and September available

TeachersDesk is recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in schools across Newham.

We are looking for caring, reliable and proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and other special educational needs.

The Role

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assist students with autism, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties
• Help pupils access learning and engage positively in lessons
• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff
• Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
