Part-Time Teaching Assistant | Term Time Only
 
Horizon Teachers are seeking to appoint two caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our an all-through school on a part-time basis from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to support children across year groups, working closely with class teachers to provide high-quality academic and pastoral support.
 
The successful candidate will work primarily on a 1:1 basis with pupils, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential. The role will also involve supporting positive behaviour, encouraging independence and contributing to an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support for pupils with individual learning and behavioural needs.
Support pupils in accessing the curriculum across a range of subjects.
