We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Chislehurst. Working closely with the class teachers, SENCO, and wider support team, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment where the student feels supported both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with SEN throughout the school day.
Adapt learning activities to meet the student's individual needs.
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social interactions.
