Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced and passionate Teaching Assistants for North Liverpool based primary schools. We work in partnership with welcoming and inclusive schools that require dedicated assistants to support pupils with additional needs. Full and part‑time roles are available to help you enhance your skills, knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• One-to-one support for a pupil requiring additional needs.
• Assist a child in class under the direction of the teacher, working primarily in a one-to-one capacity to support with designated tasks in both class lessons and play, and outside of the classroom.
• Support learning activities and work with the individual, assisting in the implementation and monitoring of progress of individual education programmes under the direction of the class teacher.
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and the wider support team.
