Position Summary/Description:
The Department of Philosophy and the Philosophy, Politics and Economics ( PPE ) Program seek to appoint one (or more) non-tenure track Teaching Assistant Professor(s) to begin July 1, 2025. Initial appointments will be for a term of 1 year with the possibility of renewal for two more years. These candidates should have an AOS in social and political philosophy, or another area directly related to PPE . They will be joining an active, vigorous, and welcoming philosophical community. The successful candidates will teach two undergraduate PPE -related courses per semester and be actively involved in the PPE Program, helping to organize and run aspects of its active extracurricular programming.
