Job Description
- Follows the Store and Mall Administration House Rules.
- Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the assigned station.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assists in preparing products according to the company’s standard recipes.
- Assembles ingredients and products according to standard portioning and presentation guidelines.
- Receives and stores materials and supplies properly using FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures and labels items according to standard shelf life.
- Maintains sufficient stock of materials and informs the supervisor when supplies are low.
- Keeps the work area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
- Assists team members in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
