The Corporate Executive DGF, Express, eCommerce, CSI department acts as the HR Business Partner for Executives (RCS B–D) worldwide within DHL Global Forwarding, Express, eCommerce, and CSI. It advises Executives and their managers on all HR-related matters and supports the succession of vacant positions as well as contract design. In addition, the department is responsible for the implementation of the annual talent, performance, and compensation management processes.
