We are looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Account Management Team Lead who will take full ownership of a portfolio and a team, driving both partner growth and team excellence.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership – you won’t just manage people, you will shape how we grow our business.


What you will do:

Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers
Set clear targets and ensure consistent delivery against KPIs
Actively monitor performance and intervene when needed
Build a high-performance, ownership-driven team culture

Drive revenue growth across your portfolio (VFD, NCR, campaigns)
Translate company strategy into actionable team and partner plans
