As a Team Lead Business Development People & Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Westwing’s people agenda and driving organisational effectiveness. Operating directly within the CPO Office, you will act as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer to lead a broad portfolio of business-critical initiatives concerning our workforce, leadership, and culture. In this high-visibility role, you will translate corporate priorities into actionable people strategies, prepare decision-making materials for the Executive Team and Supervisory Board, and shape executive and internal communications.
