A leading UAE real estate developer is looking to appoint an experienced Team Lead Channel Relations to oversee and drive a high‑performing Channel Relations team.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who knows how to build, manage and scale broker networks while leading a team of Channel Relations Managers and working closely with internal sales and marketing teams.
The Role
- Lead and manage a team of Channel Relations Managers
- Own the full channel partner lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention
- Drive broker performance through events, training, incentives and relationship management
- Monitor partner contribution and take corrective action where required
- Build dashboards and performance trackers for broker output
