Position Overview

            Job Description

 
Lead and support Client Service Coordinators in daily operations, including use of Electronic Health Record systems and reporting processes
Manage staffing assignments to ensure quality care delivery and effective overtime management
Oversee customer service, including complaint resolution and review of overnight call center reports
Schedule and match nursing and home support employees to clients, focusing on patient-centered care and service continuity
Liaise with funders regarding client care and collect/enter relevant information into databases
Monitor staff compliance with attendance, break times, and lunch schedules
Report issues/incidents through appropriate channels and ensure all safety protocols are followed
