Cape Town | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days in office - Salt River) | R130,000 CTC + Bonus

I’m working with a global enterprise Saa S organisation in the automotive technology space that is expanding its Cape Town engineering hub. They’re now looking for a hands-on Lead Software Developer to help shape the technical direction of a large-scale, data-driven Automotive Intelligence Platform used by retailers and OEMs worldwide.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who still loves writing code, enjoys solving complex problems at scale, and wants to play a meaningful role in building and maturing a growing engineering function.

You’ll report into UK-based Engineering leadership while leading a local team of developers and senior engineers in Cape Town, working closely with Product and Engineering teams in the UK.
