Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Safety Leadership  Ensure all maintenance work is executed safely with strong compliance to Permit to Work, LOTO, and company safety procedures 
Review and approve high-risk work activities, ensuring risks are identified, understood, and controlled 
Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, interventions, and reinforcement of safe behaviors 
Lead incident reviews, lessons learned sharing, and closure of corrective actions 
Ensure good housekeeping, spill prevention, and proper waste management across maintenance activities 
 Maintenance & Reliability  Lead execution of planned maintenance activities with Operations, minimizing unplanned/break-in work 
Ensure high-quality, right-first-time maintenance through proper job planning, procedures, and competent workforce 
Monitor and drive reduction of rework, equipment failures, and recurring issues
