Penspen is urgentlylookingfor Team Lead HSE (Construction) for one of our Offshore PMC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualification Required - The candidates should haveBachelor's degree in Engineering.
Responsibilities - Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed.
- Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals.
- Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH).
