**POSITION PURPOSE**

Serves as Lead Coordinator providing guidance and support for Trinity Health Southeast Michigan Medical Staff Services (MSS), which includes Ann Arbor, Chelsea, Livingston, Livonia, and Oakland locations. Provides support to medical staff and administrative leadership, the organized medical staff, and medical staff committees pertaining to medical staff appointments, compliance, bylaws, rules and regulations, and policy interpretation. Responsible for the consistent application, effectiveness, and integrity of medical staff programs and processes, including the credentialing, privileging and peer review processes, through regular auditing and data analysis.
