The Shift Lead takes on a leadership role and responsibility in the Restaurant and its operations. Shift Lead is an example for other Team Members, exemplifying the Core Values and 2nd Mile Service. Shift Leads step into a leadership role by being able to handle guest complaints delicately, alleviate pressure from the Person-in-Charge and management, serve as a resource/guide for Team Members, and lead the floor area for which they hold position (i.e., front counter, mobile area, bagging station, etc.). Shift Leads will complete training provided via Pathway and/or Senior Management. This will also provide the foundation for growth potential at Chick-fil-A 98th and Columbus Ave and ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
