The Pre-delivery Lead is responsible for the final stage of the Carma production lifecycle. You will manage the team that transitions vehicles from Work-in-Progress to Customer-Ready. This is a high-visibility operational role focused on quality control, throughput efficiency, and ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous mechanical and aesthetic standards before it is handed over to the customer.
