About the Position

As part of our Production team, you will support maintaining the KPIs set on the production floor and ensure products meet customer specifications. This position is responsible for assisting the Production Supervisors by providing on‑the‑job training to technicians and monitoring performance. The Team Lead, Production ensures that human resources and equipment operate at peak performance to hit daily production targets safely.

Responsibilities

• Production (50% of Time Spent)
  • Direct production staff to execute an all‑production order
  • Perform Start up or pre‑operational checks
  • Collaborate with Materials Management team to ensure materials are staged on time
  • Track hourly throughput and machine performance
  • Train employees on SOPs or Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
