Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical department and mentor backend engineers, focusing on backend architecture across Java/Kotlin (Spring) and Node.js ecosystems while collaborating with ReactJS, VueJS, and Flutter teams.
• Drive architectural direction and technical strategy, own production system health and automation pipelines, eliminate technical debt.
