About this Position

Supply Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end supply planning process, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels, service targets, and cost efficiency. This role leads a team of supply planners, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates cross‑functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners to ensure high performance and capability building
• Own the supply planning process, including production planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategies
• Ensure product availability aligned with demand forecasts and customer service level agreements (SLAs)
