What Team Lead (TL) – Collection - MMBL does?
1. Collection Management
Conducting Portfolio performance reviews and proactive collection perusal, ensuring key portfolio indicators NPLs 210+ DPD C/Off are within the assigned benchmarks.
Maintain and record all accounts, commitments and PTP made with the customers.
Implement and monitor appropriate collections activities to ensure customers pay to agreed terms & maintain the C&R log accordingly.
