About the role
You will be required to motivate, develop and lead a team within the Administration & Events department
Multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Deliver a consistent level of high-quality, well-organised, supportive customer experiences AND staff experiences
Support and lead the wider mountain wellbeing, as well as the rewards and recognition program
Processing lift tickets for VIP's and Media personnel
Provide administration support to management and other departments including note taking
Maintaining ski area records, including invoicing, health and safety and training records
Ordering supplies, stocktaking, management and coordination of the issue and return of all departments staff uniform
