MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To lead and supervise the Interiors Furnishing Shop in compliance with company Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), GCAA CAR Part V, and EASA Part-145 requirements while ensuring safety, quality, and efficient maintenance execution while coordinating team performance and operational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and supervise daily operations of the Interiors Equipment Shop, ensuring all interior maintenance and refurbishment activities are executed in accordance with approved technical Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) data and regulatory requirements.
• Plans and optimises manpower allocation based on workload demand to meet production and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Monitors quality of workmanship and implements controls to prevent process deviations.
• Reviews and verify job cards, maintenance documentation, and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
