Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Assist in the proper allocation of work orders to Technicians. 
Ensure Technicians accurately clock on and off individual work operations. 
Monitor repair progress to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time. 
Coordinate closely with Service Advisors to ensure smooth communication and workflow. 
Ensure Technicians maintain productivity and efficiency during working hours. 
Review work orders to ensure all repair instructions are clear and complete. 
Support, mentor, and guide Technicians in daily workshop operations. 
Personally assist in resolving repeat repair issues promptly and effectively. 
Assess customer concerns through inspections, road tests, or other suitable methods when required. 
Ensure all repairs follow manufacturer procedures and workshop standards. 
Verify the proper use of tools and equipment by Technicians.
