We are looking for a Team Leader (Retail Sales) and the Team Leader is responsible for the day-today supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

Profile Requirements

• 2 years of supervisory experience with strong performance management skills in

luxury/white glove customer service (e.g. Top 5star hotels, top high end department

stores) and retail, sales, ecommerce,

• College graduate. If SHS, with two to three years of relevant experience in the contract

center industry.
