Team Leader - High Court, Auckland

We are designing better justice services and seeking a Team Leader to manage operations in the Auckland High Court – Civil Jurisdiction. The role focuses on driving performance through staff development to deliver timely justice services and will manage up to nine direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational effectiveness and performance within the jurisdiction.
• Develop and coach staff to achieve high performance.
• Manage up to nine direct reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and coaching staff for high performance.
• Focus on customers and customer service.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in the justice sector.
• Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to undertake and successfully complete the Ministry of Justice Leadership Framework and associated workshops.
