Team Leader - Concierge

We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader- Concierge to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and throughout their stay, providing concierge services, and maintaining thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities.

Qualifications

• Progressive career in Concierge at a 5-star luxury property, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in Reception or in a guest service type of role
• Well-groomed, friendly and with a warm personality
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
