Team Leader, High Court – Auckland (Permanent, Full‑time)

We design better justice services and are looking for a full‑time team leader to support the efficient and effective operation of New Zealand's High Court. The role focuses on delivering timely justice services and managing a dedicated team that handles both criminal and civil cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach staff to high performance.
• Plan, allocate resources, and set day‑to‑day priorities.
• Manage staff and resources within the registry.
• Conduct performance appraisals and staff reviews.
• Provide and develop training.
• Collect statistics and present reports.
• Exercise statutory powers as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading, managing and coaching staff for high performance.
• Customer‑focused service delivery.
