We are seeking a highly capable **Team Leader – Data Analytics (P4)** to lead and manage the Data Analytics function within the **UK&I Transport & Infrastructure PMO GCC** .

The role is responsible for delivering **high-quality, scalable, and data-driven analytics solutions** across **data engineering, visualisation, reporting, automation, and advanced analytics** , enabling effective decision-making across project controls, programme performance, portfolio governance, and strategic leadership reporting.

This is a **dual leadership role** requiring both **strong technical expertise and effective people leadership** . The successful candidate will lead a team of data analytics professionals, drive reporting standardisation, champion digital innovation, and work closely with Head -T&I PMO, PMO Leads and UK stakeholders to continuously streamline, optimise, and enhance reporting and insights across projects.
