Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team
- Support team members in achieving sales targets
- Develop daily and monthly sales plans
- Monitor performance and provide coaching
- Assist in closing high-value deals
- Ensure team compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE (real estate preferred)
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- UAE driving license (preferred)
