Purpose & Scope of the Role

As our Southampton Team Lead you will manage, inspire and expand a regional ecology team, overseeing the delivery of complex ecological projects from initial appraisal through to final outputs. You will balance day‑to‑day technical delivery with leadership, mentoring, and commercial activity—shaping bids, coordinating resources and ensuring work meets regulatory, environmental and quality standards.
