We are looking for a Team Leader - FundFile to oversee a talented group of Product Analysts based in Gdansk, Poland. This role will supervise a group specializing in collecting global funds data, the core component of GMI Funds module.

As Team Leader, you will ensure your team delivers on quantity and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), meets client service level agreements (SLAs), and continually develops both skill and output. You’ll play a key role in coaching, developing, and expanding your team’s capabilities, and will be responsible for operational oversight including local administrative support and managing HR-related activities.
